Summary
The Account Manager – Dealer Lead Gen (AM) is responsible for optimizing and growing dealer lead generation programs.
Manage dealer lead programs: track, analyze, report and optimize lead volumes and performance.
The AM must have good communications skills with the ability to confidently communicate with dealers regarding their lead programs.
Present campaign performance and optimization strategies to senior managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Onboard dealers to lead programs
- Coordinate dealer lead program campaign setup
- Launch, analyze and report on dealer lead campaigns
- Manage budgets including spend forecasts
- Present opportunities to optimize dealer lead campaigns
- Meet regularly with dealers to analyze campaign results
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 2+ years of related experience in account management of lead generation or affiliate programs
- Strong analytical thinking
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Skilled at time, task, and budget management – especially attentive to detail and deadlines
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Home improvement industry experience with a manufacturer preferred
