Summary
The Fulfillment QC is responsible for ensuring the quality of the product that is shipped daily is met. Order accuracy and reporting any discrepancies to the Fulfillment Lead/Supervisor.

During the performance of his/her work duties, the incumbent will be occasionally required to lift over 100 pounds, will regularly lift up to 50 pounds and will frequently lift up to 25 pounds, such as removing materials from shipping containers.

The employee works in a warehouse environment and is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, work in high places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is loud.

Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure order accuracy.
- Quality inspections and audits.
- Ensure that all documents have been properly filled out by pickers/packers.
- Fill out all reports (freight log, hold log) correctly.
- Follow Fulfillment QC Process as instructed by Sr. Fulfillment Quality Control Inspector.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual Preferred
- Previous fulfillment experience required, at least 1 year
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs
- Ability to work in fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced production environment
- Ability to work full-time, 40+ hours per week
- Ability to be attentive to detail/ time management
- Ability to work in hot environment at times
- Reliable transportation method
- Forklift experience a plus (training provided)
